Absolutely. You can customise size, shape, colours, materials, weave style, and even request design modifications. We can also create a completely new design inspired by your vision.
Will I see a sample before production?
Yes. We provide digital renderings free of charge and physical strike-off samples (a small portion of the rug) at an additional cost for colour and texture confirmation.
What materials can I choose from?
We offer New Zealand wool, bamboo silk, Tencel, jute, and recycled fibres. Each option varies in sheen, softness, and durability, and we can guide you to the perfect match for your space.
How do you ensure the colours match my interiors?
We work with Pantone colour matching, yarn pom sets, and client-provided swatches. You can send us fabric, paint, or upholstery samples, and we’ll match them precisely.
Can I make changes after the order is placed?
Small changes may be possible in the early design phase. Once weaving has started, alterations are usually not possible without extra time and cost.
What if my custom rug arrives damaged or with defects?
Our quality control is rigorous, but if there’s a problem, contact us within 48 hours with photographs. If the fault is ours, we’ll repair, replace, or refund your rug.

Vacuum lightly without a beater bar, rotate every 6 months, and get a professional clean every 12–18 months. For spills, blot gently and never rub.
